Welcome to Formixx. By accessing or using our website at formixx.store and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Formixx

Formixx is a Pakistan-based brand that sells sleep and wellness products, including Formixx Sleep Tapes (mouth tapes). Our products are designed to promote better breathing habits during sleep. Formixx Sleep Tapes are classified as a wellness product and are not a medical device.

2. Products

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images on our website. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on our site are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free. All products are subject to availability.

3. Ordering Process

Orders can be placed through our website at formixx.store.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: After placing a COD order, you will receive an order confirmation message via WhatsApp. You must confirm your order through the WhatsApp poll within 48 hours. If no confirmation is received within this period, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Prepaid Orders: Orders paid online at the time of checkout are confirmed immediately and will be processed for shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or unauthorized.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is made in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. COD orders require confirmation via WhatsApp before shipment (see Section 3).
Prepaid (Online Payment): Payment is made at the time of checkout through our secure online payment gateway.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within Pakistan only.
Orders are shipped via Leopards Courier.
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your city and location. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
A tracking number will be provided via WhatsApp once your order has been shipped. You can check your order status by replying TRACK to our WhatsApp chat.
You will receive WhatsApp notifications at each stage of delivery: when your order is shipped, when it is out for delivery, and upon successful delivery.
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. Failed delivery attempts due to the customer's unavailability may result in the package being returned to us.

7. WhatsApp Communication

By placing an order on our website, you consent to receiving order-related communications via WhatsApp to the phone number provided at checkout. These messages include:

Order confirmation requests (for COD orders)
Shipping and delivery notifications
Tracking updates
Post-delivery product care instructions

We respect your time and will not send messages between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM (PKT). If you wish to stop receiving messages, you may reply STOP at any time.

8. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products. Please review all product details, descriptions, and images carefully before placing your order.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Instagram with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your case and determine the appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

9. Product Usage and Health Disclaimer

Formixx Sleep Tapes are a wellness product and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
For best results, apply the tape vertically over your lips before sleep and remove gently in the morning. Keep unused tapes in the sealed bag to maintain adhesive quality.
Discontinue use immediately if you experience any skin irritation, discomfort, or allergic reaction.
This product is not recommended for children under 12 years of age without adult supervision.
If you have any respiratory conditions, nasal congestion, sleep apnea, or breathing difficulties, please consult a healthcare professional before using this product.
Use this product at your own risk. Formixx is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Formixx and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website, products, or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Formixx and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission from Formixx.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
